Transfers & Transport

  • Do you provide airport meet-and-greet services? Yes — all airport transfers include a personal meet-and-greet just outside the arrivals gate, along with help with your luggage.

  • Can I book a transfer between two locations (A to B)? Absolutely. We offer private point-to-point transfers throughout Canterbury and further afield. Let us know where you need to go, and we’ll tailor the trip to suit your schedule.

  • Are your vehicles private or shared? All transfers and tours are private and chauffeur-driven. You’ll enjoy the journey in comfort, without the hassle of waiting for others.

Families & Accessibility

  • Do you offer child or booster seats? Yes — we provide child and booster seats at no extra cost. Please let us know what you need when booking so we can have everything ready for you.

  • Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible? Some of our vehicles can accommodate limited mobility needs. Contact us directly so we can arrange the most suitable vehicle for your comfort.

Inclusions, Tours & Pricing

  • Are meals and entry fees included in the tour price? Usually not — unless specifically stated in the tour description. We’ll happily quote meal and activity costs during your enquiry or booking.

  • Can you customise a tour to match our interests? Yes! Our private tours are built around your interests, pace, and timeframe. Whether it’s scenery, wine, art, wildlife or something niche, we’ll help you experience it in a meaningful way.

  • Do you offer multi-day tours? We do! In addition to one-day outings, we offer extended multi-day itineraries throughout Canterbury and the South Island. Ask us for suggestions.

Booking & Cancellation

  • How do I book a tour or transfer? You can book directly through our contact page, or send us an enquiry form from any of the tour or transfer pages. We’ll confirm availability and pricing promptly.

  • Do you require a deposit to confirm a booking? Most bookings require a deposit to secure your preferred date and service. We’ll confirm details and send payment instructions during the booking process.

  • What is your cancellation policy? All confirmed bookings are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy or get in touch if you'd like more information.
