Cancellations of pre-booked services within 7-days of the booked pick-up time, failure to arrive as scheduled or customer no-shows will be charged 100% of the quoted price.

CTCL will use its discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, flight or cruise disruptions or natural disasters. We do strongly recommend that all travellers hold their own personal travel insurance to cover these situations.

CTCL will endeavour to accommodate any amendment to dates and times of services within the resources available to us.
